At 9:00 AM EDT on April 15, we deployed a change to the document list response format for Reciprocity requests. This update changed the type of ID returned in responses.
As a result, requests using IDs cached before this deployment may fail because those IDs no longer match current records.
Requests that don’t specify an ID and go through the patient lookup step will continue to return results as expected.

This issue has been resolved and the misformatted medication data has been reprocessed. Previously unavailable medication data should now be visible for review.
Due to a connectivity issue, we’re experiencing a delay in enrolling patients in ADT notifications from Collective Medical for patients enrolled with Zus since August 14th. There is no impact to patients enrolled prior to that date. We will provide an update here when we’re able to resolve this.
