Minor incident Limiting access to some third party data in Data Marts

We have relaxed access restrictions to most foundational resources in data marts. A small amount of data remains restricted as we conduct further review. We will post an update when access is fully restored.

Past Incidents

Minor incident Zus Not Consuming Athena Changed Data Subscriptions
[Retroactive]

Since 8/5, Zus has not been consuming Athena changed data subscriptions for patients and appointments. This may have resulted in delayed enrollments and patient history triggers.

The issue has been resolved for all new data going forward, and we are currently working on backfilling any missed updates. This incident will remain open until the backfill process is complete.

Minor incident Outpatient encounters inappropriately triggering creation of Transition of Care Lenses
[Resolved]

We have resolved the major issues causing this incident. Outpatient visits are no longer triggering TOC Lenses inappropriately.
