Scheduled maintenance For customers in US-East-2 and US-West-2, data marts to undergo scheduled maintenance on Saturday, November 15th from 2025-11-15 10:00 EST to 2025-11-15 11:30 EST

For customers with Zus data marts in Snowflake regions US-East-2 and US-West-2, the following data mart tables will undergo maintenance and be temporarily unavailable on Saturday, November 15th from 10-11:30AM ET:

  • document_reference
  • condition
  • condition_code_coding

After 11:30AM, all tables will be available again, with all data restored and the latest updates on all FHIR resources reflected in Zus data marts.
