This issue remains ongoing, and customers with Surescripts/eClinicalWorks principals are still impacted. Surescripts has confirmed that their engineering team is actively working on a resolution. We’re continuing to stay closely engaged with their team and will provide updates as soon as additional information, including an estimated timeline for resolution, becomes available.

Scheduled maintenance Zus services to undergo scheduled maintenance on Sunday, March 29th from 2026-03-29 05:00 EDT to 2026-03-29 05:10 EDT

The Zus Auth Service will be down for maintenance at 5AM EDT on Sunday, March 29. During this time, users and app clients will be unable to obtain JWTs, and APIs may receive authorization errors. The outage will affect the Zus App, Zus APIs, and Snowflake Reader accounts (direct Snowflake shares are not affected). The outage will last approximately 10 minutes.
