Reciprocity document list errors for cached patient IDs

At 9:00 AM EDT on April 15, we deployed a change to the document list response format for Reciprocity requests. This update changed the type of ID returned in responses.

As a result, requests using IDs cached before this deployment may fail because those IDs no longer match current records.

Requests that don’t specify an ID and go through the patient lookup step will continue to return results as expected.

No action is required on your part. This issue should resolve over time as older cached IDs expire or caches are refreshed
