Elevated Error rates and Data Delays on the CareQuality Network

Starting on October 7 we began observing elevated error rates within the CareQuality network, which are impacting the timely completion of patient history retrieval jobs. This issue may result in delays or a higher than normal occurrence of patient history requests ending in an errored state.

Our engineering team is actively monitoring the situation and working to resolve this issue. We will provide further updates as additional information becomes available.
