Investigating: Misformatted Surescripts data causing medication gaps in Zus app

This issue has been resolved and the misformatted medication data has been reprocessed. Previously unavailable medication data should now be visible for review.
The misformating issue was fixed in this morning’s bulk file from Surescripts. We are reprocessing the data we received since the issue began and expect to have all of the missing codes available by tomorrow morning.
The vast majority of the Surescripts data we have received since Thursday 7/23 are misformatted preventing Zus Health from properly processing them. As a result the medication statement lens is missing these records and they are not visible in the Zus app.
Customers can still interact with the raw Surescripts resources through our APIs but they will be missing medication codes.
We have contacted Surescripts and will be posting updates as they come in.
