Priority chart builds completing with longer delays

Priority chart builds are currently experiencing delays, with p80 completion times of up to 50 minutes. Chart builds will execute as soon as they are requested, but data from slow responders experiencing heavy load may take longer to appear in the ZAP.

We are currently investigating reports of potential issues with Patient History API. At this time we have not confirmed an incident - our team is actively looking into the situation and will share an update as soon as we know more.
