Some records temporarily unavailable in the Zus data mart

Summary: A small number of records (< 0.005%) are temporarily being withheld from customer data marts while we fix an issue in our data processing pipeline. The affected records carry sensitive-data security labels, and they remain intact in the Zus platform. They are only missing from data mart tables and views. API and application access are not affected.

Impact: Queries against your data mart may return slightly fewer rows than expected for some clinical resources, such as conditions, observations, procedures and medications. No data has been lost or changed.

Next steps: No action is needed on your part. The records will reappear automatically once the fix is deployed, and we’ll update this notice when they’re restored.
