Commonwell Network Degradation

Between approximately 2:25 PM and 3:35 PM ET, document retrieval from the CommonWell network was degraded. Patient history jobs during that window may have returned fewer CommonWell documents than expected. Retrieval began recovering around 3:35 PM ET, and we are monitoring.
