Commonwell data retrieval errors

We experienced errors in data retrieval from CommonWell between 4pm and 5pm eastern time yesterday for jobs which registered a new patient in CommonWell. Approximately 25% of all CommonWell jobs run during this time entered an error status. All affected jobs had been successfully rerun by 6:30pm eastern time.

No customer action is required, and the system has operated normally since.
