Demographics tab not available in the ZAP

We inadvertently made a change that removed the “Demographics” tab from the ZAP menu, removing access to patient demographic data outside of the patient header menu. This issue is now resolved.

We are continuing to investigate the root cause and will put additional guardrails in place to prevent this from happening again.
