Dropoff in Carequality responses for former On-Behalf-Of and certain Delegate orgs

All impacted jobs have been rerun, and response rates have returned to normal. This incident is now resolved.
After working closely with our Carequality implementer and with Epic, we are seeing responses starting to return to normal for impacted orgs. We will monitor jobs closely over the next day and plan to rerun affected patient lookups and document downloads at Epic sites.
We have observed a decrease in the number of Epic documents returned when querying the Carequality network for some customers that were formerly configured as On-Behalf-Of (OBO) or are transitioning into Delegate status.
This decrease began late on December 3rd. We are actively investigating the root cause alongside our Carequality implementer, and will re-run patient queries impacted by the incident once it is resolved.
