Elevated error rates on the Carequality connector
Updates
We have confirmed that Carequality jobs are operating as expected. Yesterday’s failures only impacted a single customer; we will be working with that customer to resolve their failed jobs.
This incident is now resolved.
The Carequality connector has returned to normal success rates, and non-priority jobs have resumed moving through the queue.
Impacted jobs still show an “error” status in the API and the ZAP UI. We will rerun these jobs tomorrow before resolving this incident.
Starting 10:40 am eastern today, 12/3, we started experiencing elevated error rates from our Carequality implementer. Carequality connector success rates have dropped to ~85%. We are working with Kno2 to resolve this issue. In the meantime, non-priority jobs in the limiter queue have been paused.
The CommonWell and Surescripts connectors are functioning as expected.
