Issue

On November 10th, Zus became aware that our connection with Collective Medical had been failing to receive new ADT messages since November 7th. On November 7th, we deployed an optimization to our downloader that exposed a bug in Collective’s API, causing our process to error and preventing new ADT messages from being retrieved. As a result ADT alerts from Collective Medical were delayed between November 7th and November 10th.

We have deployed a fix to address the issue, restored connectivity, and reprocessed all affected messages.
