For customers in US-East-2 and US-West-2, data marts to undergo scheduled maintenance on Saturday, September 6th from 2025-09-06 10:00 EDT to 2025-09-06 11:00 EDT

This scheduled maintenance has been postponed until Saturday, September 13 from 10-11AM ET.

For customers with Zus data marts in Snowflake regions US-East-2 and US-West-2, the following data mart tables will undergo maintenance and be temporarily unavailable on Saturday, September 6th from 10-11AM ET:

• lens_encounter
• lens_encounter_diagnosis
• lens_transition_of_care
• lens_transition_of_care_aggregated_from

After 11AM, all tables will be available again, with all data restored and the latest updates on all FHIR resources reflected in Zus data marts.
