Since 8/5, Zus has not been consuming Athena changed data subscriptions for patients and appointments. This may have resulted in delayed enrollments and patient history triggers.
The issue has been resolved for all new data going forward, and we are currently working on backfilling any missed updates. This incident will remain open until the backfill process is complete.
