We have resolved the issues underlying users experiencing errors logging into or staying logged into Zus applications.

We are investigating ongoing issues that may impact user access and sessions within the Zus application. The following behaviors have been reported:
- Difficulty logging in.
- Unexpected logouts during app usage.
- Occasional “403 Forbidden” errors.
These issues affect users across all authentication methods, including username/password logins and SSO providers such as Google and Azure.
Our team has identified several underlying causes contributing to these behaviors and is actively working to address them. We will provide regular updates as our investigation and remediation efforts progress.
