ADT messages (with the exception of A03 Discharge events) were failing to trigger an automatic EHR document refresh from Tuesday 10/22 at 12:00PM EST through Thursday 10/24 at 2:00PM EST. The issue has been resolved and we are in the process of ensuring all patient ZAPs are up to date.
The following services were not impacted
- Creating/updating Encounter resources from ADT messages
- Automatic refresh upon discharge.
- Webhook alerts
