Encounters component incorrectly displayed as empty

During this incident the Encounters tab in the ZAP incorrectly displayed empty even if Encounter data did exist for the patient. We’ve resolved the underlying issue and put in place safeguards to prevent this from happening again. There was no loss of data during this incident.
