Issue

Between the morning of April 3rd and 7:30 AM on April 5th, Zus failed to download documents from the CommonWell network when responding to patient refresh requests. The associated requests were stalled in an “in progress” state.

We have resolved this issue going forward and are working to correct impacted requests. All impacted documents will be downloaded today. We will also correct “in progress” statuses on the associated requests.
