Data marts missing subset of third-party resources

We have restored access to the resources that were affected. This incident is now resolved.

Starting on 10/5, Builders lost access to a subset of third-party resources in the Zus Data Marts, including resources in the Encounter table. We are working to remediate this issue and restore access.
